Who we are

Enadream Ltd is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17564792. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

This policy covers enadream.com. It does not cover the Scale Go game, which has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write or attach.

Basic server logs

Our web server records each request: the IP address of the connection, the date and time, the page requested, the response status and the size of the response. Errors are recorded in a separate log. Visits reach our server through Cloudflare, so the address recorded may be a Cloudflare or internal address rather than yours.

What we do not collect

This website has no analytics, advertising, contact forms or user accounts.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies. Cloudflare, described below, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that traffic is genuine. A normal visit does not set one at the time of writing.

Other companies involved

  • Cloudflare carries all traffic to this website and protects it from attacks. It processes your IP address and technical details of each request. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this website. To load them, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Gmail, provided by Google, hosts our email, so emails you send us are stored by Google.

We do not sell your personal data. We would share it with anyone else only if the law requires us to.

The portfolio page links to other websites, such as GitHub and LinkedIn. They have their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow a link.

Where your data is held

Our web server, and therefore our server logs, are located in Türkiye, which is outside the UK. Cloudflare and Google may also process data outside the UK, including in the United States.

Our legal basis

  • Emails: our legitimate interests in reading and replying to messages sent to us. If your message is about entering into a contract with us, we may also rely on taking steps towards that contract.
  • Server logs and Cloudflare: our legitimate interests in keeping this website running and secure.
  • Google Fonts: our legitimate interests in presenting this website consistently.

How long we keep it

  • Emails: up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of your personal data
  • ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your data
  • ask us to restrict how we use your data
  • object to how we use your data
  • ask us to transfer data you gave us to you or to another organisation, where this applies

How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so that we can try to put it right.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator. You can make a complaint on the ICO website or call 0303 123 1113.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
